Innomium ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information when you visit innomium.com or related Innomium services such as Innomium Arena (build.innomium.com), where a separate or additional notice may also apply.
Information we collect
We may collect:
- Contact and inquiry data you submit through our forms — for example name, work email, company, service interest, timeline, budget range, and message content.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, when analytics tools are enabled.
- Account data if you create an account on Innomium Arena or related products (handled under that product's authentication and privacy practices).
How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested services
- Operate, secure, and improve our websites and products
- Measure site usage when analytics are configured
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Processors and service providers
Depending on configuration, we may use the following categories of processors:
- Email delivery (contact form): When configured, inquiry emails are sent via Resend to our monitored inbox. Message content and your contact details are processed for that purpose.
- Analytics (optional): If enabled via environment configuration, we may use Google Analytics 4 and/or Plausible to understand aggregated traffic. Analytics identifiers are used only when those tools are active on the site.
- Hosting and infrastructure: Our site and related applications may be hosted on cloud providers that process technical logs as part of normal operation.
- Authentication / database (Arena and accounts): Where you use signed-in features, providers such as Supabase may process account and session data under their terms and our configuration.
We require processors to handle personal data under appropriate contractual and security commitments for the services they provide.
Cookies and sessions
We may use:
- Essential session cookies when you sign in to agency or Arena account features (for example via Supabase auth) so the site can keep you authenticated and secure. These are required for signed-in features to work.
- Optional analytics (for example Google Analytics or Plausible) only when those tools are configured and you allow analytics in the cookie preferences banner. If you choose essential-only, analytics scripts are not loaded.
On first visit we ask for your preference. You can change it later using Cookie preferences in the site footer, or control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent signed-in features from working.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained as long as needed to respond and maintain a reasonable business record of communications, unless a longer period is required by law. Contact-form messages delivered through Resend are also subject to that provider's operational retention for email delivery. Analytics data retention follows the settings of the analytics provider in use.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions. You can also choose not to submit optional form fields, and you can accept or decline optional analytics via the cookie preferences banner (also available in the footer).
International transfers
We may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our processors operate. If you contact us from another region, your information may be transferred internationally for processing.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes to how we handle contact or analytics processing will be reflected here.
