Services
Innomium provides AI research and engineering services, including consulting, custom development, and related technology work, as well as public research artifacts and the Arena platform. Website content describes capabilities and public proof; it does not constitute a binding offer. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual agreements.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom work product created for a client becomes the client's property upon full payment, as specified in the applicable agreement. Innomium retains rights to general methodologies, tools, pre-existing IP, and publicly released models or software under their respective licenses.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or related services — including attempting unauthorized access, abusing forms, scraping in a way that degrades service, or submitting unlawful content.
Disclaimer
Website materials are provided for general information. Benchmarks and model metrics describe specific evaluation contexts and are not guarantees of performance in your environment. Public models are subject to their published licenses and documentation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innomium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the website or reliance on public materials. Our aggregate liability related to website use is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Separate limits may apply under a signed client agreement.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, except where prohibited by applicable law.
